About

I am currently studying for an MA in Indie Game Development at Falmouth University. I had been very interested in pursing game design and development for at least two years prior to that, but I had many false starts – partly due to not knowing where to start and which areas to focus on. After seeing a advert for this degree on Instagram, I decided that I would give it a go and to see if this would help me to further develop and solidify my interest in making games.

I have not fully decided on my career path after completing this masters’ degree, but I am hoping that I will be able to explore that further during this course. At present, I am particularly keen on learning to design and develop small games on a freelance basis.

When I am not pursuing game development, I am working as a designer for a company called dotdigital. My background is in animation and I studied this for my undergraduate degree at Ravensbourne University, graduating with a 2:1 in 2012. Since then, I branched out and I have developed skills in other creative areas, such as illustration, graphic design, video editing, web design and UX/UX design.

If you want to see some more of my work and learn more about my background, feel free to visit my website or check out my Instagram profile.

I look forward to connecting with like minded people on my course and seeing where this takes me.
