To ensure the smooth running of this project, all members of the Cake is a Lie team drafted a team charter, which covered each of the team members’ responsibilities, availabilities and general obligations. The team charter also includes our agreed scheduling, timelines of sprints, tools and techniques that we would be using, as well as our chosen methods of file management, version control and communication. The team charter has been signed by all current members of the team.
